Rent - No Cost
Deposit - $250.00 PLUS Renters Insurance – Cash or Check both due upon arrival
5 minute walk from the property. Shared house, 2 people of same gender per bedroom.
Shared housing includes full kitchen facilities with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and
basic cookware. Participants can prepare their own meals at any time
2.2 miles from the nearest grocery store, bank, restaurant, pharmacy.

Fly into Washington Reagan Airport (DCA), DCA, IAD, and BWI — all about 35 miles from the Club/housing.

Getting Here:
Participants must arrange their own transportation (Uber/Lyft, taxi, shuttle, or Metro + rideshare). -
Arrival Procedure:
Please send us your arrival details at least 7 days in advance. Upon arrival, check in with Security for
housing access
Please arrive between 9am and 6pm Eastern. If you arrive outside of this time please plan to secure a hotel for the night as you cannot check into housing outside of these hours.

explore in the D.C. area during the summer.
