About The Club

North Fork is one of the most prestigious private country clubs located on the east end of Long Island, New York in the town of Cutchogue.  The Club was established in 1912. The Club has several a la carte dining outlets, a snack bar operation, hosts mid-size to big golf tournaments, private club events, member events.

Opportunity Details

F&B Associate = $16.00 per hour plus TIPS 

  • Assist F&B team/managers in assisting guests and providing the highest level of customer service. Roles to include but not limited to: F&B Host, Food Runner, Busser, Server Assistant, Beverage Service Associate/Bar Back, Server*note, this position is only available for those with F&B knowledge and basic F&B skill-set

Shared rooms and bathrooms (max. 3 same gender occupants per room, 3-5 occupants per bathroom - can be co-ed). Provided: basic furniture, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, TV (internet TV), towels, iron/ironing board, bedding


Transportation: Bikes provided


Rent $100/week Per Person

Housing Deposit is $300 and is fully refundable (see SWT/Club agreement/cleaning guide)



Fly into John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) or LaGuardia Airport (LGA). Flight details must be coordinated with (IHC) Diana Mandl before booking - very important!  Personal pick-up will be arranged by the club and coordinated by IHC. 


Additional Details
  • Uniform is mostly provided-F&B participants must bring black pants (slacks), black socks, non-slip SOLID black dress shoes/sneakers, white undershirts.

  • Winery visit with co-workers, beach visit with pot-luck BBQ, Employee holiday dinners.

  • Meals are provided 1 x per day for FREE (5 days per week)

  • Golf course usage (at the manager’s discretion)
