About The Location
Sand Valley is located near a small town named Rome in the heart of Wisconsin. The population was 2,720. Lake Arrowhead, Lake Camelot, and Lake Sherwood are located in the town. Sand Valley is conveniently located between several major Midwest cities and airports. Less than four hours by car from Chicago and Minneapolis, roughly two and a half hours from Milwaukee and one and a half hours from Madison, Sand Valley is just a quick drive away. If you enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, canoeing, golfing, tennis, biking fishing and much more and small town living this is a beautiful location to experience. Roles to include but not limited to: F&B Host, Food Runner, Busser, Server Assistant, Beverage Service Associate/Bar Back, Server*note, this position is only available for those with F&B knowledge and basic F&B skill-set

Housekeeping = $14.00 per hour plus cash TIPS

Assist Housekeeping department team/managers in providing cleaning services to the property and providing the highest level of customer service. Tasks to include but not limited to: cleaning rooms & bathrooms incl. toilets/bathtubs, cleaning other areas at the resort as assigned, restocking amenities, assisting with laundry.

Assist Chef & the culinary team with various kitchen duties/tasks. Tasks to include but not limited to: cleaning, prep-cooking, dishwashing and other tasks assigned by managers.

Golf Associate = $12.50 per hour plus cash TIPS

Assist Pro-team in providing sincere and courteous service to all guests/golfers. Tasks to include but not limited to: pro shop assistance, golf bag handling, golf club cleaning, reservations, tournament prep, outside services (early morning shifts required), preparing and cleaning of golf carts for guests. Any other tasks assigned by managers.

Golf Course Groundskeeper = $12.00

Assist Greens-/Grounds-team with various tasks to ensure the upkeep of the golf course, grounds and facilities at SV. Tasks to include but not limited to: Hand-mowing, bunker raking (hand or with equipment), golf tournament prep, planting/horticulture, removing plants, changing cuts. The team provides learning and growing opportunities and advanced tasks will be assigned based on experience level and/or drive/motivation. Shift start times: 4:30am-6:30am

Shared rooms and bathrooms (Maximum 2 people same-gender occupants per room, 4 same-gender occupants per bathroom)
INCLUDED: twin bedding, towel, washcloth. Each room has a closet, AC wall unit, mini fridge, and 2 twin beds with bunking capabilities. All rooms have access to Wi-Fi. Laundry room with 4 stackable washer/dryer units located outside of main building. Rooms and bathrooms have locking capabilities for privacy purposes. Cooking facilities in common living area
Rent $200/month
Security deposit $250 ($200 refundable if housing in good condition upon departure, $50 will get deducted at the end of program for cleaning of the room upon departure)

Mitchell International Airport (MKE) or Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). Airport pick up is arranged by property. Flights may only be booked after confirming with IHC (Diana) in advance and once a written confirmation is sent to the participant.

Golf participants must bring sneakers (SOLID white/black/navy), matching socks, and also may bring their own NAVY shorts and pants (no jeans, no athletic wear).
