Vail is one of the top and most beautiful ski locations  nestled in the amazing Rocky Mountains.  The area offers many great summer and winter outdoor activities. Arrival
  • Denver International Airport (Airport code DEN)

  • Airport pick up provided with advance notice and arrivals Monday through Thursday between 6am and 8pm.  If someone arrives outside of these times they will need to secure their own transport to the resort.

Housing Details

Solar Vail Apartments complex is located in the heart of Vail within walking distance of the Sonnenalp Hotel. It includes 34 studio apartments, 10 one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom units. Address is: 501 North Frontage Road W, Vail, CO 81657. Cost of housing: $750 - $1,800 Estimated Cost or Other Utilities: 30 (internet)

Free public transportation is available within the town of Vail. If you are traveling to Harvest the bus is $40 for 30 days. Grocery store, bank, restaurant, pharmacy are walking distance or by public transportation. 

 

Cultural Activities

Yetis Game, Sonnenalp Softball League, 4th of July parade, New Years Eve Parades, Holiday Employee Party, Employee Appreciation Week. Snow shoeing, hiking, community service events, etc.

 
 Additional Details
  • Uniforms provided. Participants will need to bring/purchase white long sleeve button down dress shirt, black slacks, black nonslip dress shoes.

  • Grooming Standards: No facial hair, hair pulled back, no facial piercings and no visible tattoos.  More details will be provided by property.
