About Club

The Indian Harbor Yacht Club is a private club with a long and storied yachting tradition. Since its inception in 1889, it has been dedicated to upholding and fostering the Corinthian spirit in yachting. Our members continue to excel on the racecourse, embrace the pleasures of cruising, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow members.

About the Location

The city is a 40 minute train ride to New York City. It’s part of the Greater New York metropolitan area and is known for its combination of small-town charm, coastal beauty, and upscale lifestyle. Many great opportunities for cultural activities including food, music, sports and history.

 

Housing Details

The property offers onsite furnished housing, dorm room style shared housing, housing has bathroom, common room is co-ed, kitchen and laundry facilities.  Rooms are shared with same gender, there are no exceptions on this.

Housing Cost: $20 per week


Appearance Standards

Appearance standards are STRICTLY enforced. No visible tattoos or body jewelry.  Hair pulled back from face, not artificial nail and neat appearance.  More details will be provided on appearance standards.

  • Meals provided while on shift 

  • Train station is 5 minute walk from property/housing

  • 5 minute walk to downtown Greenwich, CT

  • Numerous cultural activities such as Summer BBQ, holiday parties and baseball games.

  • Be prepared to purchase or bring black non-skid shoes and black socks.
